Shipping policy

Most items are made to order within 2 working days, then shipped the following working day.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or postal delays.

Custom orders are made within 2 working days after the design is agreed. The design approval stage usually takes 1–5 working days, depending on the detail and revisions needed.
