Terms of service

These terms govern your use of monsublimeink.uk (the "Site"), operated by Môn Sublime Ink ("we", "us", "our"), a small UK-based brand creating mythical art inspired by Ynys Môn (Anglesey) and Welsh folklore. By browsing or buying from the Site, you agree to these terms.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable UK VAT where relevant.
• Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments and other approved providers.
• Most made-to-order items are produced within 2 working days and shipped the following working day using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Custom orders are produced within 2 working days after the design is agreed, which usually takes 1–5 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

UK consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns process is described on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish any artwork, designs, photos, or text from the Site
• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content (e.g. fake reviews)

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
