Enter the theatrical terror of carnivorous plant folklore and global man-eating tree legends: the Audrey II.
Inspired by ancient Venus flytrap myths and sinister hoaxes like the infamous Madagascar Tree, this monstrous plant is no passive predator. With a massive, theatrical maw lined with razor-sharp teeth, it sings, snaps, and devours anything that wanders too close. What begins as a curious exotic specimen quickly becomes a bloodthirsty star of its own horror show — growing larger and hungrier with every victim it consumes.
At the center of the design looms the Audrey II in all its dramatic, man-eating glory. A gigantic, wide-open plant maw dominates the scene, its jagged teeth glistening with anticipation. The interior of the mouth glows with a vibrant, sinister neon-green and magenta bioluminescence, casting an eerie light on dripping saliva and a long, hungry tongue. Thick, fleshy stems and oversized serrated leaves frame the monstrous bloom, while aggressive vine tendrils reach outward like grasping tentacles ready to snag prey. Subtle silhouettes of half-digested victims can be glimpsed deep inside the glowing maw.
Printed with high-contrast halftone techniques on premium black fabric, the design explodes with luminous, unsettling accents in venomous neon-green, toxic magenta, spectral bone-white, and deep vein-crimson. These intense highlights make the theatrical toothy maw and glowing neon interior sear dramatically off the dark garment, blending 80s musical flair with visceral, carnivorous horror.
